New Features:


  • Released a new "Card View" design option for the Recent content widgets displayed on the homepage, presenting each item as a modern flat card with the image on top and the content below. This setting can be changed by navigating to Admin >> Design Settings >> Homepage Tab >> Section Settings >> Display Post Setting.

  • Released a new Advanced Setting called "Use Card-Based Layout on Member Upgrade Page" that switches the Member Upgrade page to a card-style layout.

  • Updated the member upgrade flow to be compatible with the Free Trial Add-On.

  • Released the ability for BD Butler to run recurring tasks, skills, and routines automatically on a schedule.

  • Released the ability to assign a custom member signup form to each Membership Plan, allowing each plan to have its own signup experience. To use this new feature, navigate to Admin >> Finance >> Membership Plans >> Edit >> Sign Up Settings.

  • Released a new Membership Plan Setting called "Sign Up Form", allowing Admins to assign a different signup form to each Membership Plan.

  • Released a new Draft System that automatically saves your changes while editing content (Create / Edit Web Pages) and restores them when you return to the page, preventing data loss from accidental navigation or browser crashes.

  • Released the ability to add custom fields to the "Upload Photos tab" form used when editing a multi-image post. This allows members to store additional details for each uploaded photo. Additionally, introduced a new Post Type Setting called "Per-Photo Custom Fields Form" that can be configured for each Multi-Photo Post Type.

  • Updated the Member Import tool and the API to accept a Subscription Start Date and Billing Cycle fields, allowing imported members to have billing schedules specified during import.

  • Added a new Advanced Setting called "Sub Accounts / Additional Locations Account Area URL Slug" that allows the Sub Accounts URL slug in the member account area to be customized.


Enhancements / Fixes: 


  • Added source tracking for outgoing emails, allowing Admins to see which area of the system generated each email in the Email Outbox in the Admin.

  • Improved the Google location search in the Admin when searching for members and matching leads, so selecting a suggested location now retrieves complete location data for more accurate results.

  • Fixed an issue that caused dates to display incorrectly in the Revision History dropdowns in the Admin.

  • Released a new Database Update installer that creates the email_schedule table on older websites missing the table. This table is required by the new Newsletter Module.

  • Updated the Search Members section in the Admin so that all search field dropdowns now support selecting multiple options at once.

  • Updated the Reply-to-Reviews Add-On workflow in the Member Dashboard with a new UI that works more like leaving a comment.

  • Updated the Express Member Registration Add-On to be compatible with the Social Login Add-Ons.

  • Updated the Membership Plan settings in the Admin so that a form already selected in one of the Member Dashboard form dropdowns can no longer be selected again in the other dropdowns.

  • Improved the loading performance of the Recent Display widgets when displaying results in random order on websites with large amounts of content.

  • Improved database performance and stability by updating the platform to use a more modern database engine that handles high-traffic websites more reliably. Additionally, a new update is available in the Admin Dashboard Updates section to convert existing websites that do not have the change applied.

  • Improved the security of outgoing webhook notifications by removing sensitive member data (encrypted passwords, tokens, and cookies) from webhook payloads by default. Additionally, a new Advanced Setting called "Include Login Token in Member Webhook Payloads" was added to allow the login token to be included when needed.

  • Updated the API to include additional writable fields for posts, such as venue, URL, caption, and location.

  • Fixed an issue that caused profile cover image uploads to fail with an "Unable to save the file" error in some cases, because the cropped image was not being optimized before saving.

  • Fixed an issue that caused members without a valid street address to be incorrectly marked as successfully geocoded when running the geocoding tool in the Admin.

  • Fixed an issue that caused the Articles tab on member profile pages to display empty review content instead of the member's articles when the website had both Member Reviews and Community Articles enabled in some cases.

  • Fixed an issue that prevented the %group_name% variable from populating in related Email Templates.

  • Fixed an issue that caused the Account Status options to be missing from the bulk action modal in the Admin Search Members section.

  • Fixed an issue that caused the status filter in the Manage Posts section of the Member Dashboard to display "No data available" for posts without an expiration date.

  • Fixed an issue that caused web pages with accented characters in their URL to return a "Page Not Found" error.

  • Fixed an issue that caused the API to return incorrect submission times for Forms Inbox entries, so times now match the site's timezone and the Admin Forms Inbox exactly.

  • Updated the "Enable Private Chat Messages" Membership Plan setting into two separate options, allowing Admins to control whether members can send and receive private chat messages independently.

  • Added a new "Self Signup Via Claim Listing" option to the "Joined Via" filter when searching members in the Admin, making it easier to identify members who joined by claiming a listing. This will apply to all future members who claim a listing after this update was made. 

  • Added help article links to each update listed in the Install New Updates section of the Admin Dashboard, allowing Admins to learn what each update does before installing it.

  • Improved the Private Member Chat system to link chat messages directly to member accounts for more reliable message tracking.

  • Fixed an issue that prevented the "Dynamic Category Filter - Top + Sub Level Category" widget from appearing in the Available Widgets list of the Sidebar Manager in the Admin.

  • Updated the system to automatically update a member's account status when a recurring payment fails, without waiting for the member to log in. This runs during the daily billing cron job, processing one day at a time, when the "Suspend Past Due Member Accounts" Advanced Setting is active.

  • Updated the Breadcrumbs field on individual web pages to support custom links using the "Label|URL" format.
