The Manage Offers page in the Admin Dashboard allows directory owners to earn affiliate commissions by promoting trusted third-party business tools to their members. These offers appear to members inside the “Business Toolkit” section of their dashboard.

Admins can toggle individual offers on or off, register for affiliate programs, and optionally insert their own affiliate links for each tool. Only offers that are enabled by the admin and enabled within the Membership Plan settings will be shown to members.

Accessing the Manage Offers Page

This page can be found by navigating to Finance > Manage Offers in the admin sidebar. This section displays all available Business Toolkit offers and allows the admin to control their visibility, as well as optionally add affiliate referral links.



Enabling & Disabling Offers

Each offer has an ON/OFF toggle. The admin can turn ON the offers that should be visible to members, or turn OFF any solutions that are not being promoted. Even if all offers are enabled, members will only see them if their Membership Plan is configured to display the "Business Toolkit" section.




Adding An Affiliate Link

Adding a custom affiliate link is optional — it's a perk for directory owners who want to earn a commission, but it is not required to display offers to members. Most solutions include a link to register for their affiliate program. Once approved, the admin can paste the affiliate link into the “Use Your Own Affiliate Link” field for that solution. This will override the default link and ensure credit and commission are received for any referrals made by members.



Affiliate Links Are Optional

It is not required to enter an affiliate link to offer a tool. The admin can enable a solution in member dashboards and return later to insert an affiliate link if needed. The priority is to provide valuable tools that help members manage and grow their businesses.


Controlling Visibility via Membership Plans

To show the "Business Toolkit" section inside the member's dashboard, edit the Membership Plan settings for each plan and set Show "Business Toolkit" Offers to YES. If this setting is disabled, members who belong to that membership plan will not see the"Business Toolkit" link in their dashboards, even if offers are turned ON in the admin.


Navigate to:

  • Finance
  • Membership Plans
  • Edit a Specific Membership Plan
  • Click on the "Member's Dashboard" tab
  • Then scroll down to "Additional Settings" section
  • Locate the setting for Show "Business Toolkit" Offers 
  • Set this to YES to enable the Business Toolkit link in the dashboard side menu


NOTE: If this setting is enabled but no offers are turned ON in the admin, the “Business Toolkit” link will not appear in the member dashboard.
