Search Filters

The search filters enable refining the results based on specific criteria, helping to locate members efficiently.


1. Search by Name, ID, URL, or Token

Allows searching for a member using their name, unique ID, profile URL, or token.


2. Membership Plan

Filters members based on their assigned membership plan.


3. Top-Level Category

Enables filtering by the primary category assigned to a member.


4. Joined Date Range

Filters members based on the date they joined the platform.


5. Search by Email Address

Allows locating a member by their registered email address.


6. Account Status

Filters members based on their account status, such as active, inactive, or on hold.


7. Sub-Category Selection

Allows refining searches further by selecting a sub-category relevant to a member.


8. Login Date Range

Filters members based on their last login activity within a specified date range.


9. Verified Status

Filters members based on whether they have been verified on the platform.


10. Transaction Types

Filters members based on their payment history, such as No Transactions, Paid, Stopped / Cancelled, Past Due, Refunded, Upcoming, Credits Available. (Includes filter for members with available credits)


11. Sub-Sub Category

Allows for further refinement by selecting a sub-sub category for the member.


12. Joined Via

Filters members based on how they registered, such as Admin, API, Import CSV, Business Data Import, Self Signup, Self Signup Via Facebook, Self Signup Via Google.


13. Search by Location

Filters members based on their geographic location.


14. Member Type

Filters results by member type, such as individual or company.


15. Forms Submitted

Filters members based on the forms they have completed and submitted.


16. Forms Not Submitted

Filters members based on the forms they have not yet submitted.


17. Profile Status Filter 

(Complete or Incomplete; only available if the Require Complete Profiles setting is turned on)


18. Find Duplicates

The Find Duplicates filter enables the administrator to locate members based on selected fields. If multiple options are chosen, the filter will seek duplicates across all selected criteria.


19. Choose Sales Rep. Name

This dropdown will display all the sales representatives that are added to members of the website. Available with the Sales Representative Tracking advanced setting.


20. User IP Country

Filters members based on the country associated with their IP address.


21. User IP

Allows searching members based on their last recorded IP address.


22. Member Tags

Filters members using custom tags assigned to them. (Available with the Member Tags & Tag Groups Add-on)


23. Profile Images


The Profile Images Filter has two options:

  • Image Exist: Shows members who have the selected image(s) in the filter.

  • Image Missing: Shows members who are missing the selected image(s).


NOTE: This is an "AND" search, meaning if all three image types (Profile, Logo, and Cover Image) are selected, the system will look for members who have all three images. Only members meeting all three criteria will appear in the search results.



Profile Photo Image: Filters members based on whether they have uploaded a profile picture. This option is typically relevant for individual listings.


Company Logo Image: Filters members based on whether they have uploaded a company logo. This option is relevant for company listings.


Profile Cover Image: Filters members who have uploaded a cover image for their profile. Cover images help personalize a profile and enhance its visual appeal.




Searching by Multiple Member IDs


The Member Name, ID, or URL filter allows to search for multiple member IDs simultaneously. To do this, add a # to the search query, followed by a comma-separated list of member IDs. (see screenshot)

Note: This field has a character limit. If the search exceeds the limit, no results will be displayed. In that case, try reducing the number of IDs in the search.

 



Location Search and Multi-Location Add-On

If the Multi-Location Add-On is active on the site, an additional checkbox option called Include Service Areas will appear.



    • If Service Areas are excluded, only the members who added the specified location to their contact details form will appear.

    • If Service Areas are included, members who added the specified location to their contact details form and those who added the specified location to their service areas will appear.


Multi-Option Filters

Some filters allow users to select multiple options from the dropdown:

  • Subscription Filter

  • Forms Submitted Filter

  • Forms Not Submitted Filter
