The key is to first add a 1x1 table, give it a background color, then drop the other tables or content blocks within that 1x1 table.
Create the Web Page Section
- Go to My Content
- Click on Web Page Builder
- Create or Edit a web page
Use the Table option in the editor:
Select 1x1 and add a background color:
Now add in the elements or content:
