Locating the Member Bulk Actions


A set of bulk actions to take on members of the website can be found under:

  • My Members
  • Search Members


Bulk Actions Available


The Bulk Actions available in the Search Members drop-down are:


  • Update Account Status
  • Update Verified Status
  • Update Listing Type
  • Update Top Level Category
  • Update Join Date
  • Membership Plan
  • Add/Remove Tags
  • Add/Remove Credits
  • Change Post Ownership
  • Change Parent Member *(this option will only be available if Multi-Member Manager is active on the site)
  • Delete Members





Perform a Bulk Action


To perform a bulk action on members, either select all members by clicking on the checkbox below the Bulk Actions and click on Select All # Results:




Or select the members individually:




Then select one of the available bulk actions and click on Apply:




Update Actions


Selecting one of the Update Accounts Status, Update Verified Status, Update Listing Types, Update Top Level Category, Update Join Date, or Membership Plan will display a dropdown of available options to choose from in a pop-up (below Update Accounts Status option is used for example purposes):




Delete Members


Selecting Delete Members  will display the following options:




If the members have posts or sub-accounts the following options will show:

  • Delete Members: Toggle the button to enable the action.
  • Delete sub-accounts under members?: If the members have associated sub-account the system will show the option to delete them or keep them.
  • Delete member profile images & files?: This option will allow the admin to delete or not the images and files from the listings.
  • Delete member posts?: If the member has added posts, these can be deleted or not
  • Reassign posts to another member: This option allow the admin to reassign the posts from the member(s) to be deleted to a different member.


After selecting the options a final confirmation will show:




Change Post Ownership


By selecting the Change Post Ownership option, a new member can be assigned as the owner of the posts of the members selected. This is helpful in the situations where members will be deleted:




Change Parent


By selecting the Change Parent Members option, a new parent member can be assigned to sub-accounts or the existing parent member can be removed (this option will only be available if Multi-Member Manager is active on the site):


       


Add Remove Tags


Choosing the option to Add/Remove Tags will display a dropdown to either to assign or remove Member Tags
