If an existing subscription needs to be modified, follow the steps below: 


1. Go to Members >> Search Members 

2. Find the member 

3. Click on Actions >> Payment History 




4. Click on the "Subscriptions" tab: 




5. Then find the subscription that needs to be modified and click on Actions >> 




6. In this section, 4 fields can be modified: 

  • Payment Amount 
  • Billing Cycle 
  • Next Payment Due Date
  • Option to delete past due/upcoming invoices


Also, at the bottom, Internal Subscription Notes can be added. 




7. When the changes have been completed, click on "Continue & Save Changes"

8. The new changes will be reflected here: 




Additional Subscription Information


Subscription Expiration Date

There is no "expiration date" for recurring subscriptions. A recurring subscription ends when the paid membership plan is cancelled by the member or the admin.
