This guide outlines the steps for members to cancel their accounts.
1. In their dashboard, members should navigate to the left sidebar, where they will see these options:
Account >> Manage Account >> Close My Account
2. Next, they’ll choose either to close the account immediately or at the end of the current billing period:
The system will prompt for confirmation, where they can select **"Yes, Close My Account"** to proceed.
3. After confirming, the system logs them out and redirects to the **Member Login** page.
4. A confirmation email will then be sent to the member:
5. In the Member’s Dashboard, their account status will display as “Cancelled.”
If the member has an active subscription, it will automatically be canceled.
